Dietary Restrictions
With advance notice we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs such as gluten free/ food allergies/ vegetarian etc. However, some dietary or religious restrictions are impossible for our kitchen to meet. Please ask ahead.
Cancellations
In the event that you must cancel with less than fourteen days notice or shorten your stay, please understand that you are responsible for the full cost of your reservation and your credit card will be billed for any amount not previously taken as a deposit. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. You are welcome to give your reservation as a gift or resell the reservation, we simply cannot absorb the loss for an empty reserved room that it is too late to rebook.
Pet Policy
Friendly, healthy dogs are welcome at our home at no extra cost. Our four friendly dogs can't wait to meet them. We have a few policies in place to make sure everything goes smoothly. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Please ask if you have any additional concerns we haven't covered.
- Vaccinations: All pets must bring documentation from your veterinarian that their shots are current.
- Please bring your own doggie beds. However, we do have "OK-for-dogs-and-people" comforters available for the beds if you just ask in advance. Please don't let your dogs sleep on our regular guest bedding.
- IF YOU ASK AHEAD we might be able to accommodate allowing you to leave a dog in your own crate on the premises for a few hours. However you absolutely must plan this with us in advance to see if this is possible on your requested date, and we cannot walk the dog for you during your absence.
- We don't charge extra for the dog, but in the event of expenses out of the ordinary, such as quilt or rug dry cleaning or (yipes!) chewing damage, we reserve the right to charge enough to cover any damages. We hope this never happens.
