• Take Route 89N to Exit 18.
• Turn right at Exit onto Route 7.
• Take first left onto Route 104A and go to the end.
• Turn left onto Route 104.
• Go 3.5 miles on Route 104 to the Wagner Road.
• Turn left onto Wagner Road (between 2 pastures.
• Go up the road 0.6 miles.
• We're a white Cape Cod farmhouse, circa 1806.
• Wagner Road Bed & Breakfast is on the left.

From Montreal:

• Take Route I-89 South to Exit 19 (St Albans).
• Turn left onto Route 104 South.
• Go 6.4 miles to Wagner Road.
• Turn right onto Wagner Road (between 2 pastures).
• Go up the road 0.6 miles.
• We're a white Cape Cod farmhouse, circa 1806.
• Wagner Road Bed & Breakfast is on the left.
